Clinical Governance & Admissions for Commissioners

Professional referral pathway for NHS discharge planners, Continuing Healthcare teams, commissioners, case managers, and solicitors.

Who We Support

Adults (18+) with complex neurological and high-dependency needs:

  • Acquired brain injury
  • Tracheostomy / ventilated / PEG support
  • Long-term complex neurological care with 24/7 experienced nursing and clinical oversight
  • Step-down / transitional care after hospital
  • Short-term respite

We are a calm, homelike environment — not an acute ward — and Kings Lodge is CQC-rated 'Good.'

Clinical Governance and Escalation

Kings Lodge provides:

24/7 experienced nursing oversight
Safeguarding and continuity of familiar staff
Predictable routines
Controlled escalation, not chaotic agency churn

We protect safety, dignity and emotional stability for adults with high-dependency needs.
